Read this part if you read nothing else. Certy is an information product. It is not a sportsbook: it accepts no wagers, holds no money, and settles no bets. Nothing it publishes is a prediction you should rely on, a guarantee, or advice to place any particular bet. Our model picks winners less often than sportsbooks do — about 54.5% against a market that closes around 57–58% — and we say so inside the product. If you are looking for something that beats the book, this is not it.
Certy prices Major League Baseball games and player propositions using a statistical model, compares those prices against what sportsbooks are publicly offering, and keeps a public record of every call it makes. That record is written before first pitch and graded from official results afterwards. It is never edited.
What you are paying for, if you subscribe, is the pricing, the reasoning, the price comparison across books, and the record. You are not paying for winning bets, and we do not offer them.
Everything Certy publishes is an estimate produced by software. Estimates are wrong routinely. We make no promise of profit, no guarantee of accuracy, and no claim that following anything here will make you money. Certy is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Any figure describing past performance — our record, a backtest, a hit rate — describes the past. It is not a forecast, and we do not present it as one.
If Certy did not do what this page says it does, email us and we will refund you. We do not refund on the grounds that picks lost — losing is a normal outcome of the thing being described, and it is the reason the record is public before you subscribe.
Keep your sign-in link and your account private; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the service, to resell or redistribute our data, or in a way that breaks these terms or the law.
Certy shows prices published by sportsbooks and links out to them. We do not control those companies, their prices, their availability, their promotions or their terms, and we are not responsible for anything that happens once you leave Certy. A price we display may have moved by the time you reach the book — the book's number, not ours, is the one you get.
Odds data comes from third-party feeds and game data from public MLB sources. Both can be late, wrong or unavailable. Where we know a figure is stale, we say so on screen.
We do not promise uninterrupted service. Feeds fail, deployments break, and baseball gets rained off. We will not be liable for losses arising from downtime, delay, or data that turned out to be wrong.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Certy and Sacred Studios LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and specifically not for gambling losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
We may update these terms. If a change matters — price, what you get, how your data is used — we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Certy after that is acceptance. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
